About the Event
Space Day - 26th July
Join us at the start of the summer holidays for a day filled with space related activities in Central Museum and the Beecroft Art Gallery!
- Planetarium Tasters. Come along for a "Mini Myths" or a "Moonlets" show to get a 20-minute taste of the special planetarium shows we run throughout the summer holidays. £3.50/person for ages 3+
- Children storytelling sessions on space, suitable for ages 5+
- Space film showings - drop in sesssions
- Meet the Meteorites - show & tell activity to introduce meteorites and learn what they are!
- Design your Dream Planet - accompanying the surrealist art exhibition on display in the Beecroft Art Gallery, create your own dream planet!

All Activities apart from the planetarium taster shows are free. Please note the Meet the Meteorites activity is first-come, first-served.
