A Twitter exhibition from Southend Museums

During this incredibly difficult time for everyone there’s probably no better time to discover and appreciate the beauty, inspiration or simple distraction found in art. ArtUK is the home to the nation’s publically owned art and nearly a thousand works held by Southend Museums can be found on the site and using this amazing resource we’ve created our second Twitter exhibition.

‘Being’ will feature portraiture and sculpture from our permanent collection found on the ArtUK website. A simple idea but will hopefully provide a tiny distraction.
